About the role

Tvh Parts Co. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. The role involves solving customer inquiries, entering orders and returns, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Solving customer inquiries about price, delivery, and part specifications.
  • Entering orders and return authorizations via phone and email.
  • Developing working relationships with departments across the company.
  • Aiding in special projects to grow sales revenue.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate information regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including sales, logistics, and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience serving customers via phone and email.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a sales-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Experience with order entry and navigating websites.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet customer demands.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the material handling and industrial equipment industries.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
