About the role
Tvh Parts Co. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. The role involves solving customer inquiries, entering orders and returns, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Solving customer inquiries about price, delivery, and part specifications.
- Entering orders and return authorizations via phone and email.
- Developing working relationships with departments across the company.
- Aiding in special projects to grow sales revenue.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, and order status.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams including sales, logistics, and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience serving customers via phone and email.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a sales-oriented environment.
- Knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Experience with order entry and navigating websites.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet customer demands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
