Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer support with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Review and maintain global events role documentation with status tracking, adhering to a customer-focused, support-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
- Document case management with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all support activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support workflow transparency and quality control.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
Operational Priorities
- Quality Standard: Ensure service resolution remains usable under the specific demands of event management and marketing. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early.

- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when support depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Handoff Test: Ensure all work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate by maintaining current signals for process compliance, workflow management, and case management.
Schedule
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
