The Opportunity
- Handle incoming chat, support tickets and email interaction with Shipfusion clients
- Aid in day-to-day support issues and service optimization
- Facilitate support requests within Shipfusion’s facilities as needed
- Manage orders in “Review” within Shipfusion Support Portal
- Execute support tickets from initiation to completion
- Handle reshipments, requests for receiving inventory, return statuses, and other updates
- Communicate directly with customers and carriers about shipments and issues
- Follow up on internal order statuses for delayed orders
- Collaborate with Client Service, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to meet deliverables
- Create and distribute reports detailing client support issues and metrics
- Maintain the integrity and ongoing operation of the SQF (Safe Quality Food) program in case of organizational or personnel changes
What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills)
- 2+ years experience in customer service, warehousing, or logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, results-driven individual who can adapt to change and learn quickly
- Strong organizational abilities
- Experience with Zendesk Support and HubSpot (optional but beneficial)
