The Opportunity

  • Handle incoming chat, support tickets and email interaction with Shipfusion clients
  • Aid in day-to-day support issues and service optimization
  • Facilitate support requests within Shipfusion’s facilities as needed
  • Manage orders in “Review” within Shipfusion Support Portal
  • Execute support tickets from initiation to completion
  • Handle reshipments, requests for receiving inventory, return statuses, and other updates
  • Communicate directly with customers and carriers about shipments and issues
  • Follow up on internal order statuses for delayed orders
  • Collaborate with Client Service, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to meet deliverables
  • Create and distribute reports detailing client support issues and metrics
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing operation of the SQF (Safe Quality Food) program in case of organizational or personnel changes

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills)

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, warehousing, or logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven individual who can adapt to change and learn quickly
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with Zendesk Support and HubSpot (optional but beneficial)
