About the role

Come join our team as a Customer Success Specialist as we are ramping up for the summer months to service our many commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries.

Responsibilities

- Professionally handle incoming calls - Greet callers with a polite and pleasant tone - Gather and relay required information - Verify and enter information accurately into our system

Requirements

- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone - Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar - Computer skills in a Windows based environment - Good attendance - The ability to type 35 words per minute or more - Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation: $17.50 / Hour
