Customer Support Specialist

### Job Duties Responsibilities in this position to provide excellent service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to personal bankers, lenders and investment representatives. ### Minimum Education Required High School diploma or GED equivalent. ### Minimum Experience Required The ideal candidate for this position will have customer service and phone experience, strong organizational skills, superior ability to multi-task, and great interpersonal communication skills.
