Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Customer Support Specialist in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role works closely with multiple departments to handle centralized processes including Call Scoring, inbound resident call volume, property support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data entry. The specialist must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task.

Job Type: Full‑time

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound resident call volume, including maintenance requests, over‑the‑phone payments, and backup for all other call‑center call volume.
• Manage resident and prospect correspondence via email.
• Perform data entry, providing backup for all call‑center services.
• Conduct call scoring for leasing, customer service, and collections calls.
• Assist in training new personnel when applicable.

Qualifications

• Call center or property management experience preferred.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
