About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
