Responsibilities

- Document issues, resolutions, follow-up needs, and escalation notes in the appropriate tools.
- Cook up coordination with operations, support, or internal teams when requests require additional review.
- Maintain service quality, response consistency, confidentiality, and remote-work accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, service, operations, order support, document review, or a similar role.
- Strong written communication, professionalism, and attention to customer details.
- Able to update records accurately and follow documented support procedures.
- Comfort using CRM, ticketing, spreadsheet, or internal workflow tools.
- Reliable remote-work habits, time management, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, chat, email, or order-management tools.
- Comfort handling repetitive workflows with accuracy.
- Able to maintain clear documentation and professional tone.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $52,000 – $72,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
