Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Support our customers in Lancaster, PA by providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate product information and answer frequently asked questions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Basic computer skills, including email and internet usage
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience preferred

    Skills

    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent listening and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
