Core Duties Coordinate with colleagues to clarify product or account details.Flag repeated problems that may require improvements to help material.Confirm relevant account or order details before discussing sensitive information.Troubleshoot routine issues using documented steps and available resources.Provide clear status updates when resolution takes additional time.Handle difficult conversations calmly and respectfully.Protect personal and account information throughout each conversation. Required Skills Reliable internet access and readiness for remote collaboration.Comfort navigating web-based support tools and account systems.Accurate note taking and organization of open requests.Previous customer-facing work is helpful but not required.Ability to investigate routine issues systematically. Annual base salary: $49,500–$51,500 USD. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
