Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve travel and accommodation issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about flights, hotels, and other services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of travel industry terms and services
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with travel and accommodation bookings
