About the role

Support customers booking travel and accommodations through our platform. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve travel and accommodation issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about flights, hotels, and other services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of travel industry terms and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with travel and accommodation bookings
