Support customers in booking travel and accommodations through various channels. Handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Confirm travel reservations and provide status updates
  • Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints related to travel bookings
  • Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
