About the role
Support customers in booking travel and accommodations through various channels. Handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Confirm travel reservations and provide status updates
- Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints related to travel bookings
- Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
