About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Center Township, PA. This role supports customer relationships across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America and offers career growth opportunities into sales, logistics, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery questions.

Requirements

• Minimum completed High School Diploma.
• Some experience within a customer service-based position.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and general tech proficiency).
• Must reside in a commutable distance to the office (no public transportation access).
