About the role

We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with customers to provide them with high-quality window treatments. Our team members are key to our success and play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences for window coverings.
• Provide accurate measurements and assist with installation of custom window treatments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of window coverings and materials.
• Willingness to travel within the local area as needed.
