About the role
The Customer Support Lead & RMA Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries and returns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating return logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and returns through phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate return logistics including shipping labels and tracking
- Escalate complex issues to senior management as necessary
- Train and mentor junior support staff
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience with CRM systems and return logistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
