About the role

The Customer Support Lead & RMA Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries and returns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating return logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and returns through phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate return logistics including shipping labels and tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management as necessary
  • Train and mentor junior support staff
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and return logistics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing
