Customer Support Executive
Job Overview
Techception is seeking a tech-savvy, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive. The position involves managing customer service inquiries for international clients over the phone and email, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills, good communication skills (US English accent), strong communication & interpersonal skills, experience in international customer support/call center, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/Certifications
- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Good communication skills (US English accent)
