Customer Services Executive
About the role
Ogilvie Fleet is growing and is seeking to expand its customer service team in its Chapeltown office. As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a key role in managing 25,000 vehicles and their drivers. Your responsibilities include coordinating vehicle quotations, following up with sales, onboarding new clients, managing orders, and handling various administrative tasks such as funding applications, contracts, schedules, deliveries, and supplier liaison.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle quotations and follow up with Sales
- Onboard new clients and manage orders alongside the driver liaison team
- Handle orders, funding applications, contracts, schedules, deliveries, and supplier liaison
- Maintain client relationships and resolve issues
- Oversee reporting, renewals, and cross-department communication
- Support these processes by confirming orders, arranging and tracking deliveries, implementing and funding contracts, and handling calls
- Work alongside the great people in all departments to help deliver industry-leading customer service
Requirements
- Customer Service experience within a corporate client environment
- Automotive experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Organised and able to manage workloads and prioritize tasks
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience required
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Excellent time keeping
- Full/clean driving licence
Qualifications
Essential: Customer Service experience within a corporate client environment. Preferred but not essential: Automotive experience. Excellent organisational skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience. Work well individually and as part of a team. Excellent time keeping. Full/clean driving licence.

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be the direct point of contact for a range of customers. You will need to be organised and be able to manage workloads and prioritize tasks. You will be working as part of a great team but will also need to use initiative to complete tasks alone.
