Techception is looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An ideal customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

- Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills (US English Accent)
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree or experience/Certifications can exempt someone from the minimum required qualifications
