About The Role We are currently seeking Customer Support Clerks to join our team at our McElhattan, PA office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals to begin and advance their careers in a supportive environment with paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing professional development. As a Customer Support Clerk, you will serve as a vital point of contact for taxpayers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring their accounts are accurate and in good standing. The position involves a combination of in-person and phone support, processing tax forms, and posting payments, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service and efficiency. The role is designed to provide meaningful work experience, develop key skills, and contribute directly to community service initiatives.
