Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is an empathic communicator, active listener, and natural problem-solver, with strong technical skills, who will become the backbone of an exceptional customer support experience. The Customer Support Associate will support our customers from their initial interaction with our company, through their installation experience, and years after our job is complete. As an ambassador of our brand, this role must love interacting with people and identifying solutions. Must communicate well with external audiences and internal employees to elevate the customers' concerns and provide a first-class installation experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email, and messenger.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Embody Power’s mission and vision to serve as Brand ambassadors.
  • Function as an excellent problem solver, who can confidently work to resolve a customer’s inquiry.
  • Create an empathetic engagement for the customer experience.
  • Foster a strong work ethic of accountability with a curiosity and willingness to resolve matters.
  • Provide customers with world-class service, that keeps them coming back.
  • Support our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules.
  • Handle a high volume of customer calls in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate with management to elevate trends within the business.
  • Strive for a 5-Star service review.
  • Leave the situation better than you found it.

  • The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends.
  • The ability to work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote).
