Responsibilities

  • Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
  • Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules.
  • Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must pass call center simulation test.
  • Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software.
  • Able to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.

Compensation

  • $20-$23 per hour
