Responsibilities
- Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
- Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules.
- Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must pass call center simulation test.
- Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software.
- Able to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.
Compensation
- $20-$23 per hour
