Order handling and customer support from order to shipment

Picking-Packing-Shipping of XVIVO products (Internal and External)

Inventory and materials control including goods receipt and incoming inspection

Freight handling

Trade compliance

Drive continuous improvements to achieve an efficient Order to Delivery Process

Requirements

• Bachelor ́s degree with 3 years of experience in the field of customer support and logistics or related field
• Experience of working with Sales & Marketing and external customers
• Customer focused and performance driven
• Structured
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team-oriented relationship builder and non-prestigious
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
• Strong drive for efficiency improvements

Salary Pay or Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Other Compensation: Short Term Incentive Program
