About the Opportunity:The CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM LEAD (IMPLEMENTATION) is responsible for managing and guiding a team to ensure successful deployment of the finance platform. This role oversees the implementation lifecycle, manages project delivery, and acts as a key escalation point, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the smooth transition from sales to live operations. Responsibilities:Lead, train, and mentor a team of implementation customer success managers.Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual career growth.Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.Approve project completions to meet customer expectations.Identify and escalate risks or issues to leadership and related teams.Serve as escalation contact for customer and team issues.Provide status updates and maintain a small portfolio of customers.Collaborate with sales, live operations, and product teams to improve customer experience.Contribute feedback for product enhancements and process improvements. Requirements:Over 5 years of industry experience or 1+ years within the organization in a customer-facing role.Proven ability to build relationships, mentor others, and support team development.Strong communication skills, capable of managing difficult conversations.Experience handling escalations and complex customer implementations.Deep understanding of the organization’s products, sales processes, and customer base.Established relationships with key internal stakeholders. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The target base salary range is $120,000 to $150,000 USD per year, dependent on experience, skills, and location.
