What you bring to the role
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role—customer support, account management, or call center experience preferred but not required (or equivalent college experience)
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Confident, professional, and empathetic communication skills across phone and email
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-stress situations
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in written communication and issue resolution
Where you will work
- Located in our Lindon, Utah office (Monday-Thursday) with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
- Standard Monday-Friday work schedule with no weekends or evenings
- This is a full time position 40 hours a week

Compensation
The base salary for this position spans $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
