Job Description

This position will support a territory covering Hanover Park, IL, Itasca, IL, Bloomingdale, IL, and Roselle, IL, within the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Work Schedule / Territory Expectations

  • Follows a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, five days per week.
  • Hybrid work arrangement combining remote work, virtual team selling, and in-person territory management.
  • Candidates should expect to conduct territory visits 3–4 times per week, with current in-person expectations focused on Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Weekly center visits required to meet with drivers at the hub and support sales lead generation.
  • No overnight travel required, but daily travel within the assigned territory is necessary.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Proactive customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Account management and trend/data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze customer metrics in DRIVE, identify opportunities for growth through upselling/cross-selling, and drive customer success through data-informed recommendations.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Pay Range

    • The salary range for this position is $64.680,00/year to $113.220,00/year.
    • Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience.
