About the role
The Customer Success Specialist – Billing Operations provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting the day-to-day success of our Billing Operations and Accounts Receivable functions.
Responsibilities
- Draft partnership agreements and set up billing across all customer types
- Manage daily billing and AR support cases with speed, accuracy, and care
- Generate, review, and issue timely and accurate invoices
- Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Maintain data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and Salesforce documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert for US billing and AR processes
- Collaborate with CX, Finance, Legal, Sales, and global teams on contracts and billing matters
- Lead or support ad hoc projects and process-improvement initiatives
- Step in flexibly to support urgent priorities and business-critical needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or finance support
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) preferred
- Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfort working to deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
