Position Summary
You'll serve as a trusted advisor by evaluating lawns, explaining treatment options, recommending customized programs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Success comes from building relationships, solving problems, and confidently asking for the sale.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into customers
- Conduct lawn evaluations
- Recommend treatment programs
- Prepare estimates and follow up on opportunities
- Educate customers and resolve concerns
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations Services
Qualifications
- Candidates Must Meet One Of The Following:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Turfgrass Management, or a related field;
- Two or more years of successful sales experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, irrigation, tree & shrub care, or another residential home service industry;
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Background Experience as a: Lawn Care Sales Representative, Lawn Care Technician, Customer Service Representative, Pest Control Technician or Sales Representative, Landscape Account Manager, Home Services Sales Professional
Experience diagnosing lawn problems and converting recommendations into recurring service agreements is highly preferred.Benefits
