Customer Success Representative (Entry-Level)

Role Overview: Entry Level Customer Success team member supporting young adults and employer partners in workforce development programs with an equity-centered, impact-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Respond to participant and partner inquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.Support onboarding of new students and help them navigate program resources.Track participant progress and outcomes; maintain documentation of key milestones.Coordinate meetings and workshops to support engagement and program participation.Maintain accurate records in CRM/database tools.Escalate complex issues to senior staff and help ensure timely resolution.Contribute to an inclusive, mission-focused experience that supports equitable access to opportunity. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfort working with data and maintaining accurate records.Ability to coordinate activities and manage inquiries effectively.Collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, participant-centered support.Basic understanding of customer success workflows and issue triage.
