About the role
The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for hundreds of new customers joining the AI recruiting marketplace. They will solve their primary challenge: hiring faster through AI.
Responsibilities
- Frontline support for new and existing customers
- Solve customer problems related to hiring faster via the AI recruiting marketplace
- Lead real-time engagement (chat, Slack, email) and pipeline updates
- Deeply understand and shape onboarding processes at startup velocity
- Work closely with General Managers and Strategic Leads
- Build support processes that reflect the impact of AI on recruiting
Requirements
- 3 - 8 years of total experience in customer support or a related field
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with customer support tools and platforms
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles
