Customer Success Manager, Treasury (TMS)

About the Role

In this Customer Success Manager, Treasury (TMS) role, you will support customers using Trovata TMS, our complete treasury management system, and be part of a team dedicated to driving value and helping customers achieve their goals. CSMs are responsible for ongoing customer value, growth, and renewal processes for their personal book of business. This role requires treasury fluency alongside strong customer success instincts, as Trovata TMS customers manage complex treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, capital markets, and money movement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for customers
• Engage daily with customers while monitoring performance metrics, leveraging datasets (e.g., Vitally) to drive effective and efficient engagements
• Lead structured customer engagements (cadence calls, QBRs) with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-through
• Consistently deliver on commitments and timelines for customer-facing and internal workstreams
• Build and maintain expertise in Trovata TMS, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, money movement workflows, and capital markets
• Leverage relationships, data, and team resources to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risk
• Serve as the voice of the customer for treasury workflow enhancements, partnering with Product to prioritize the Trovata TMS roadmap

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in software, ideally serving finance or treasury teams
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS), cash management platform, or ERP/accounting system; direct experience with Trovata TMS, Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers across verticals while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proven track record of driving customer outcomes and owning renewal or expansion conversations
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster relationships with upper management and C-suite executives
• Technical proficiency related to product usage; you will become a product expert
• Accountability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Educational or professional background in treasury, accounting, or finance, with working knowledge of core treasury operations (cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, reconciliation)
• Experience with sales and customer success tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Vitally

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 (includes MBO/bonus component)
