Performance Objectives

• Execute annual sales goals and meet targets for account growth on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
• Team with Technical Advisors to effectively present a value proposition for new upgrades and upsells
• Work with Customer Education Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI within your account base
• Deliver quarterly, semi-annual, and annual forecasts within an acceptable accuracy rate
• Provide client feedback to marketing and development teams to improve products and services

Competitive Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing energy vertical accounts, with Power & Renewables experience preferred
• Experience with complex contract renewals
• Ability to upsell various clients and resolve customer issues
• Strong team player and autonomy when required
• Proven experience managing a customer life cycle/sales process
• Expertise in enterprise sales processes (CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision-makers, risk mitigation, retention, and closing)
• Demonstrated experience forecasting new business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis
