Responsibilities

  • Drive post-sales relationships with assigned contracts
  • Manage contract setup, delivery, and financial performance
  • Build long-term customer relationships focused on success metrics
  • Execute engagement strategies for customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Serve as the first contact for contract and customer issues
  • Provide insights and customer feedback to internal teams
  • Education customers on product value to drive upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience
  • 6+ years experience with GE Controls Products, particularly Mark VIe control system
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay

$104,200 – $173,700 annually
