Responsibilities
- Drive post-sales relationships with assigned contracts
- Manage contract setup, delivery, and financial performance
- Build long-term customer relationships focused on success metrics
- Execute engagement strategies for customer satisfaction and feedback
- Serve as the first contact for contract and customer issues
- Provide insights and customer feedback to internal teams
- Education customers on product value to drive upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience
- 6+ years experience with GE Controls Products, particularly Mark VIe control system
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

$104,200 – $173,700 annually
