Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus

Pay

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
