About the role
The Customer Success Manager, Commercial will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage customer escalations and provide timely, effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and improve products/services
- Conduct regular check-ins with key customers to gather feedback and address concerns
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer health and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Experience using CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into customer success processes
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
