About the role

The Customer Success Manager, Commercial will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer escalations and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and improve products/services
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key customers to gather feedback and address concerns
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer health and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Experience using CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into customer success processes

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
