About the role
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
