About the role
Sproutward is a fast-growing startup SaaS company focused on helping Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce businesses grow. Polaric by Sproutward is a SaaS solution that automates data collection, transformation, and analytics from various marketing platforms and business systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage software implementations with our customers
- Train users on how to use Polaric’s dashboards and query data for insights
- Build and grow customer relationships to achieve exceptional satisfaction and results
- Track customer adoption and develop strategies to increase usage and value
- Resolve customer support tickets by responding to requests, prioritizing issues, and collaborating internally to solve problems
- Create tools and content to streamline implementation and support processes
- Capture customer suggestions for new product enhancements and communicate them to the Product team
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is required. 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management is preferred. Project management experience, proficiency in data/business analytics, and ability to multi-task and prioritize are also beneficial.
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in B2B SaaS, B2B consulting, and/or E-commerce
- Proficiency in teaching/explaining in any setting (business or other)
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
