Customer Success Manager
About the role
Lexitas provides legal support services as you build client trust, drive revenue, and manage relationships with precision and initiative. This is a full-time, Remote position.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including “copy side” targets within key markets
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to promote services and solutions
- Execute outbound sales efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and events
- Cross-sell and upsell services within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth
- Track all client interactions and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, RB9, Commence)
- Achie and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to execute strategic account plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all company policies regarding confidential data
- Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, issues, and service improvements
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all organizational levels
- Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B, consultative, and telephone-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and representing company core values
Supervisory responsibilities
This role is a non-supervisory position with no direct reports.
