Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop onboarding programs for new customers, helping them navigate our product offerings and services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Gather insights from customers to inform product selection, store offerings, and future initiatives.
- Advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their voices help shape our products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles (retail or e-commerce experience a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of organic, natural, or health-focused products preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
