Duties And Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients and various internal teams to help build and maintain client relationships and clients’ perception of X-ES.
  • This position also holds the responsibility of ensuring clients are kept up to date on pertinent information regarding company policies and product status.
  • Author sales quotations while working with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to determine optimal product selection, pricing, and lead time.
  • Review, enter, and manage client sales orders and change orders through shipment, including communicating and driving contractual requirement resolution directly with clients.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and track schedules with cross-functional teams to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client contacts and working knowledge of client procurement policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or Associate's degree with two years of relevant professional office environment work
  • Strong risk/situational-based critical thinking
  • Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision, effectively managing shifting priorities and adapting to changing demands
  • A high level of organization with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional office environment working directly with clients and client contacts, minimum of two to five years’ experience is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • An outgoing, organized, and personable attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to take initiative in order to drive projects forward, with strong time management skills to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Experience working with an ERP system
