Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Participate in all aspects of the homebuilding process, from design to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Adhere to high standards of quality and safety
- Support team members in achieving their professional development goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of homebuilding processes and materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
