Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company dedicated to preventing avoidable hospitalizations and transforming senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines contactless sensing for respiratory and motion monitoring with predictive analytics and AI workflows to detect 85% of preventable rehospitalizations up to 11 days in advance. Enterprise integrations embed insights directly into Electronic Health Records (EHR), care coordination, billing, and compliance systems. Today, our technology serves over 40,000 post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. Backed by leading healthcare and AI investors, we are headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Advisory
  • Leverage Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to your partners, turning monitoring data into a compelling story about patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and ROI.
  • Renewal & Expansion Strategy
  • Own the full post-sales lifecycle, developing success strategies that drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and create organic expansion opportunities, contributing directly to forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Voice of the Partner
  • Bring field intelligence back to the product team, shaping the roadmap and ensuring Circadia continues to solve real problems for real organizations.

Requirements

  • Executive presence: communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization.
  • Consultative instincts: diagnose before prescribing, backing recommendations with data.
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% within your region.
