Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our advanced security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and deployment of integrated security systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Brivo and Eagle Eye technologies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry
• Provide technical support and training to staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security systems engineering or a similar field
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with Brivo and Eagle Eye products
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Understanding of AI and machine learning principles
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
