About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the security infrastructure of our platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure access control systems
• Develop and maintain video surveillance solutions using AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into the platform
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security incidents
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or similar field
• Experience with cloud-based access control platforms and AI-driven video management systems
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality security solutions
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of IoT and edge computing technologies
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services

Skills

• Strong programming skills
• Experience with security protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
