Customer Success & Inside Sales Manager

Ergotronix designs and manufactures ergonomic lifting and material-handling equipment that helps manufacturers improve safety, productivity, and efficiency. About the role

The Inside Sales Leader is often the first impression customers have of Ergotronix. This person builds relationships, responds quickly, solves customer problems, prepares quotations, and helps turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates exceptionally well, and brings urgency and follow-through to every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Process customer orders
• Follow up on outstanding quotations
• Coordinate with engineering on custom projects
• Support distributors and sales representatives
• Maintain CRM and customer records
• Communicate production schedules and delivery updates
• Resolve customer questions and issues
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow sales

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account management, or a related role
• Experience using a customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Ability to create a positive, responsive, and professional customer experience from initial inquiry through follow-up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and keep opportunities moving forward
• High initiative and a willingness to solve problems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Sage 50 Quantum preferred, or the ability to learn new systems quickly
• High integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism
• Ability to work on-site in Sarasota, Florida, five days per week

Pay

$25 to $30 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, five days per week
