Customer Success Engineer II with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Represent NexTech Solutions in front of operational users, integrators, and government stakeholders
• Serve as the customer facing SME for MANTLE and day zero automation workflows
• Translate mission and operational requirements into practical deployment automation solutions
• Configure, validate, troubleshoot, and sustain automated deployment workflows
• Capture customer feedback and recommend improvements to product and process
• Cook up and distribute deployment playbooks, documentation, and best practices
