Customer Success Engineer II

About the role

We're hiring a talented engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the GPU cloud marketplace that powers the next generation of AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud services for GPU computing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
• Optimize and maintain existing cloud infrastructure
• Work closely with data scientists and researchers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or GPU computing
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and scripting languages like Python or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration tools
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
