Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Pay
$18/hr during the contract period. When hired permanently, the position can pay up to $21/hr.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50-60 inbound calls and digital inquiries daily.
- Assist customers with banking products and services, including online banking, account balances, debit cards, and loans.
- Resolve customer questions and issues whenever possible on the first contact.
- Process account transactions and maintenance accurately.
- Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
- Stay current on products, services, and policies.
Schedule
- First 6-8 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- After Hired: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
- Saturday rotation: Approximately 2-3 Saturdays every 8 weeks, with a weekday off.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable in a high-volume environment.
- Must be coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
