Customer Solutions Manager, Small and Medium Business (Scale CSM), NAMER Scale CSM

Our team empowers highly innovative and fast paced Small and Medium (SMB) business customers and emerging Enterprise customers in the US. The team is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will help the customers design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern, cloud native solutions that fulfil their highest ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies (AI/ML, Migration, Modernization) as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
- Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations
- Assist in developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS or other cloud certification
- Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery or IT lifecycle
- Experience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet unique customer requirements
Pay
The base salary range for this position is:
- USA, GA, Atlanta - $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York - $144,500.00 - $195,400.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
