We'll put as
maybe.
Schedule: not present, omit.
Now ensure no boilerplate: remove EEO, scam warning, legal, duplicated lines, navigation etc. Also remove "Why Join KONE?" and "About KONE" sections? We have not included them; but some content from those sections may be substantive like culture description. However we have not included any heading for them; but we might need to include that info somewhere else. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must include the content from "Why Join KONE?" and "About KONE" somewhere. They are substantive. We could incorporate them into About the role or maybe a separate section like "About KONE" but headings limited. Could we add a section "About the role" and include that content? The About the role heading is for role overview; we could also add a paragraph about company culture etc. But that might be mixing. However we can add a separate section with heading "About KONE"? Not allowed because headings list is fixed; but we could use "About the role" to also include company overview? Might be okay but risk missing some content. Better to create a section "About KONE" using heading "About the role"? Not ideal.
We could add a section "About the role" for role overview, and then another section "About KONE" using heading "About the role"? Not allowed duplicate headings? Could we use "About the role" only once. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we must fit all substantive content under those headings. We can put company culture info under "About the role" or maybe "Benefits"? But benefits already list. Could put under "About the role" a paragraph about KONE mission, culture, etc. That would preserve info.
Thus About the role will contain: Position Overview + location + company mission/overview from first paragraph and "About KONE" paragraphs (the ones about culture, innovation, sustainability, etc.) plus "Why Join KONE?" paragraph.
Let's extract those:
First paragraph after "Join a Global Leader in People Flow": "Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader that provides elevators, escalators and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization that add value to buildings throughout their life cycle. Our mission is to improve the flow of urban life and make our world’s cities better places to live by providing innovative solutions that help make people’s journeys safe, convenient and reliable. Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as an innovation and sustainability leader with repeated recognitions by Forbes, Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others."
Then later "About KONE" section: "At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution. Employee engagement and sustainability are key focuses, promoting ethical practices and mutual respect. We're proud to offer experiences and opportunities to help you achieve career and personal goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We hire individuals who value culture because we believe culture drives innovation: We value your authentic self. Collaborative, creative, and supportive work environment.Passionate about safety, quality, and innovation We care about the communities where we live and work."
Also "Why Join KONE?" section: "At KONE, you will be part of an organization that values collaboration, innovation, safety, and professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and visible
