Customer Solution Architect
About the role
Customer Solution Architects are a strategic part of RealPage’s growth and transformation. This team leverages industry expertise and in-depth RealPage solution knowledge to connect customer business requirements with the functional capabilities of our technology platform, creating enabled customers, partners, and teammates. The role involves crafting innovative, scalable, and resilient integrated solutions that optimize how RealPage and our customers do business.
Responsibilities
- Attentively listen to customers and leverage strong analysis and critical thinking to identify the root of problems; take direct ownership of resolution with follow-up and follow-through.
- Navigate complex organizations and communicate effectively with a wide range of customer constituencies, from leasing staff to the C-Suite, tailoring messages to fit the audience.
- Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge and thought leadership of RealPage solutions and integrations; advise multifamily owners and operators on best practices for solutions and operations.
- Independently set and manage customer expectations to enhance the customer experience and mitigate potential risk.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management teams to develop processes, systems, and documentation that improve visibility and efficiency for customers and RealPage.
- Work cooperatively across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, support, product management, or end-user communication, ideally from a CSA II level role or equivalent within RealPage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and deploying SaaS-based applications that scale and deliver ROI.
- Strong understanding of property management at both the corporate and property level.
- Ability to navigate people and data to find solutions; strong persuasion skills to overcome objections from diverse personalities internally and externally.
- Goal, metric, and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and enthusiasm for enabling empowered customers and partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of the multifamily industry and Affordable Housing programs.
- Prior experience with RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents and Document Management.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or related role, resulting in deep knowledge of RealPage solutions and third-party integrations.
- Project management experience and ability to lead business discovery workshops.
- Technical writing acumen and ability to author custom statements of work.
- Understanding of the development life cycle and ability to architect complex technical solutions.
- Experience planning, managing, and performing integration design, testing, and deployment.

Pay
Pay Range: USD $85,200.00 - USD $145,200.00 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, qualifications, education, training, experience, licensure, and certification. Certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonuses and sales incentives, depending on individual performance and plan terms.
